The company was authorized to carry out fiduciary activities by Decree of the Ministry of Productive Activities dated 3 December 2002, pursuant to Law No. 1966 of 23 November 1939 and Royal Decree No. 531 of 22 April 1940.

Compagnia Fiduciaria Lombarda is a fiduciary company registered in the special section of fiduciary companies under Register “106” (code 19481), following the authorization issued by the Banca D’Italia on 12 September 2017.

Compagnia Fiduciaria Lombarda provides a comprehensive analysis of clients’ assets from legal, tax, and financial perspectives, taking into account their personal, family, and business needs.
